CodeIQ ("the App") is an ICD-10 code lookup and claim validation tool developed by Lotena Medical Inc. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.
CodeIQ does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All app data, including your favorites, recent searches, and claim history, is stored locally on your device only.
The App does not require user registration or an account to use.
We do not use analytics services, tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, or any third-party data collection tools.
The App functions entirely offline. All ICD-10 code data is bundled within the app. No network requests are made during normal use.
Any data you create (favorites, claims) is stored locally on your device using standard device storage. This data is not accessible to us or any third party. Deleting the app removes all stored data.
The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
