CodeScreen ("the App") is a clinical preventive screening and vaccination reference tool developed by Lotena Medical Inc. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.
CodeScreen does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. No patient information is collected, stored, or transmitted at any time. All inputs are processed locally and discarded when you navigate away.
The App may prompt users to enter health-related inputs (such as patient age, sex, or risk factors) to generate preventive screening recommendations. This information is processed entirely on your device in real time and is never collected, stored, transmitted, or shared. No health data persists after you navigate away from the screen. We do not have access to any health information entered into the App.
The App does not require user registration or an account to use.
We do not use analytics services, tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, or any third-party data collection tools.
The App functions entirely offline. All guideline data and logic is bundled within the app. No network requests are made during normal use.
The App does not persist any data between sessions. No patient demographics, screening results, or user preferences are saved to the device.
Because CodeScreen does not store any user data or health information, there is no data to retain or delete. All inputs are discarded automatically when you leave the screen. If you wish to remove all app-related data from your device, simply uninstall the App. No residual data remains after uninstallation.
CodeScreen does not collect, store, or transmit any Protected Health Information (PHI). No patient data entered into the app leaves the device or is retained after use.
The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
CodeScreen is intended as a clinical reference tool only. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment or clinical decision-making. Guideline recommendations are based on published sources (USPSTF, ACIP, AAP, ACC/AHA) and may not reflect the most recent updates. Lotena Medical Inc. makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Users are solely responsible for verifying all recommendations against current guidelines before making clinical decisions. Lotena Medical Inc. shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or adverse outcomes resulting from the use of this application.
