Lotena Medical Inc. ("we", "our", "us") develops clinical reference applications including CodeIQ, CodeScreen, and CodeCalc. This privacy policy explains how our apps handle your information.
Our apps are designed to work entirely offline and do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically:
All data entered into our apps (such as search queries, patient age for screening recommendations, or diagnosis codes for claim building) is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server. No data is stored beyond your current session unless you explicitly save it (e.g., favorited codes), in which case it is stored only on your device.
Our apps do not retain personal or health data. Session inputs are discarded automatically when you leave the screen. Locally saved preferences (such as favorited codes) can be removed by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app. No residual data remains after uninstallation.
Our apps do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. All clinical data (ICD-10 codes, screening guidelines, vaccine schedules) is bundled within the app and does not require network access.
Our apps are clinical reference tools intended for healthcare professionals. They are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
